Coleman Adult Day Services offers a medical model of adult day health care serving the frail or elderly and other adults whose lives are challenged because of limited or diminishing physical or cognitive capabilities. Our clean and comfortable facilities are staffed by qualified professionals who will treat your family member like one of their own.
We provide:
- Therapeutic and recreational activities
- Nursing services with an individualized plan of care
- Personal care assistance / bathing / incontinence care
- 1:6 staff to client ratio
- Meals including a light breakfast, hot lunch and afternoon snack, accommodating special dietary needs
